For the past thirty years Jordan has gained a range of operational and strategic experience across government, private and community sectors in North America and Australasia. She enjoys helping organizations develop strategies and is great at demystifying and un-complicating even the most complex dilemmas. She uses frameworks and models that bring corporate imperatives to life, enabling teams to understand what is expected of them and building skills/capabilities to achieve results. At the end of the day, we all want to work at something that makes a contribution – and of course, to have fun doing it! When it comes to engaging with others, Jordan loves working with people from all walks of life, anywhere, any time. She loves the privileged position of coach/mentor/facilitator encouraging the collective wisdom of an individual or group to surface; always leading to a magnificent outcome.
